About Us
Freedom Run Farm is Located in South East Michigan in the beautiful country side 15 miles south west of Ann Arbor Michigan home of the University of Michigan.  We are on the eastern border of Freedom Township which is the where the name Freedom Run Farm originates.  We have 200 acres of rolling farmland used for pasture and hay production.  We currently run 100+ head of Cattle consisting of Fullblood Fleckvieh Simmental, and some Purebred Simmental used for embryo recips. Our focas is to produce polled Fullblood Fleckvieh with an emphasis on Polled Outcross.  I (Anne-Marie) have been in love and involved with horses for as long as I can remember.  My passion is for the sport of Eventing although I have ridden and competed in many diciplines including Dressage, Hunter/Jumper, Saddle Seat and Stock Seat.  My love of eventing brought me to the Akhal-Teke breed.  It was time to retire my fantastic Thoroughbred Gelding Ben and my wonderful husband came up with the idea to look into the Akhal-Teke, he thought they were the ultimate sport horse.  So one year later we imported 6 purebred Akhal-Teke horses from Akhalt-Service Stud Farm in Russia, and he was right they are the most wonderful sport horses they are very passionate and loving and their sports ability is unmatched.  You will also see on our site pictures of our three children who are currently competing 4 registered Paint Horses in Halter, Showmanship, English and Stock Seat.   Our commitment to outstanding horses has also brought us to import the finest German Warmbloods.  We have several in the U.S. for sale along with a great selection competing in Germany.  All our warmbloods are in training and competed in Eventing, Jumping and  Dressage by long time friend and trainer Robin Walker ICP level 4 instructor and international event rider.
