Sept 9th - First U.S. Akhal-Teke Championship Show and Conference Pictures and results
Oct 14th - Metman has won the SANA "Most Versatile Horse" award beating out all horse breeds at the 2008 SANA Rare Breeds Show.  Metman has received a beautiful cooler compliments of the Equine Journal.  I will take pictures of Metman in his new cooler and write an artical for the Equine Journal of our experience at the show
Oct 13th - I have added a new header picture of our lane in the early morning fog
November 20th - Our son Bobby won Circuit Champion YA Halter Geldings at the Fall Classic Paint Show and earned  enough points for Superior with his wonderful Gelding Real Playboy. 3days, 8 judges, 7 first place (and a fifth) 20 horses avr per class.

I will be in Germany Nov 28th - 30th to choose the next horses for import in December.    Anne-Marie

April 26th, 2009 - Sakinate had a beautiful bay colt by Magnatli. He is for sale.
April 28th, 2009 - Our Akhal-Teke Stallion Magnatli was the "cover boy" on the Teke Mania 2009 Maganzine.  Thank-you to Kerri-Jo Stewart of argamak.ca for taking the photo.

May 4th 2009 - Aishet has gone to the trainers to start her riding career. Stay tuned for new video of movements and free jumping.

December 23rd - Aishet has come home and Sakinate has gone to the trainers for the winter and will soon be a riding horse.  New videos posted of Cookie loose jumping, Aishet being ridden, and Jessie ridden by Robin on the flat in the indoor
May 27 - Florenz finished 2nd at her first event finishing on her dressage score of 27
June 9th - Akhal-Teke on ride from Iran to France -
June 10th - Samaddin is on his way to Edmonton Alberta with new owner Sally Odell - Congratulations and Thank You
June 16th - We are proud to announce that our stallion Salam will be standing at Cascade Gold Akhal-Teke in Snohomish, WA
July 10th - Joint Venture (Forrest) finished 1st at his very first training level event at Stone Gate Farm Last weekend.  Congrats again Kara!!!
August 19th - Castle Rock Productions came by the farm today and filmed shots for the new Rob Reiner Movie "Flipped" - here are two pictures of the area where they were filming road scenes - I took these pictures a couple days earlier when 20 turkey vultures were perched on the fence posts
August 20th - Richland Park Young event horse series - Forrest (Joint Venture) finished in 2nd place and Florenz in 3rd place, Currently standing after dressage phase in Open Novice is Luksor in 3rd (his first event) and Florenz tied for 4th.  Stadium is Saturday and Cross-Country is Sunday.  I have posted video of Florenz and Forrest rounds on youtube go to the video link on left to view.

September 10th - Forrest "Joint Venture" Finished in 1st place Training level at South Farm over the last weekend. Great Job Kara!

April 30th - Lamplight Equestrian Center - Showplace Production schooling show  Claas and Freedoms Contender were Grand and Reserve champions with Robin Walker riding - level 5. 

Florenz received the USEA blue ribbon award for placing 1st-3rd at 3 consecutive events at Training Level.  Chablis Du Lys also won a Blue Ribbon award for Novice Level

Next week we will be jumping at Waterloo Hunt Club, Grass Lake MI
May 17th - Greater Dayton Event results
   Florenz - Prelim Level - 3rd place dressage score of 25 but picked up 9 time         penalties. This was her 2nd run at Prelim.
    Freedoms Painted Rock - 1st run at Novice level at her 2nd event                         finished just out of the ribbons but had a great run.
    Chablis Du Lys - 4th place training level
June 1st - Maydaze at the KY Horse Park results:
  Florenz - 2nd place Prelim level - her 3rd run at prelim
  Coriana - 1st place Training Level with a dresage score of 19!
  Chablis Du Lys - 2nd place Training Level
June 25th -  Lost Hounds Results:
   Florenz got 25 in Dressage and then had a bobble on cross country and finished out of the ribbons
   Chablis Duy Lys - 1st place Training level
   Taz (Freedoms Light) - 4th Place Novice Level

August 2nd - We had a great show up at Horse Shows by the Bay in beautiful Travers City Michigan.  New videos of Claas and Freedoms Contender on their pages.   Hunters Run is this weekend in Metamora MI - Taz, Chablis and Coriana are competing.  Florenz is running Prelim at Wayne the following weekend.
